1.The stripe thickness is 8" but what Diameter do we want for the inner circle?
Stripe thickness should be 6 inches. The Circle Should be 8-foot diameter inches In Accordance with the Scope of Work Drawing Notes. Reference Drawing Note No:8
2. What are the sizes of the small numbers along the main taxi way?
Numbers along the main taxi way should be half the size of the numbers located inside of the circles (2 Feet Tall with Proportionate Width)
3. What is the orientation of the circle numbers/letters and the taxi numbers? want to confirm the orientation in the drawing is correct?
Orientation in the Drawing is Correct. Numbers are parallel to the main taxi way. So that they are readable on the way into the ramp.
4. What is the spacing of the US GOV Property? Should i say they should be 2' from the sides and no more than 4' apart evenly spaced?
Letters U.S. should be no more than 4 feet away from termination points at the sides of the ramp. “U.S. Government Property” shall be evenly spaced no more than 8' apart
5. Is the currently dotted line intended to be solid on the new job?
All New Lines for Taxiway Shall be Solid and Continuous IAW the Drawing in the Scope of Work.
6. What are the Dimensions of the letters “HG” and Numbers located inside of the Circles?
Number and Letter Sizes: The numbers (1-4) and the “HG inside of circles shall be 4 feet tall and proportionate width to not distort. Line widths should be at least 8 inches
7. What is the Hight of “U.S. Government Property” written inside of the Blue Line?
“U.S. Government Property” Should be 10” in height and letters shall be proportionate. Letters should be centered inside the 12” wide blue line.
