Description
The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is to conduct market research to determine responsible sources capable of providing IUID EQUIPMENT. The Air Force requires compliant IUID marking systems to support asset tracking, traceability, accountability, and logistics operations across multiple installations.
SCOPE:
This Firm Fixed-Price procurement shall be delivered FOB destination to Tinker AFB, Robins AFB, and Hill AFB. All-inclusive pricing that covers shipping, taxes, fees, and other associated costs is required.
The Contractor shall provide new turnkey marking systems, including all accessories, documentation, delivery, installation, configuration, training, and acceptance testing. The attached SOW identifies a technology, component, feature, or brand name, and it shall be interpreted as “or equivalent.” Offerors shall clearly identify any proposed alternatives and demonstrate equivalency in their sources sought response.
