This sources sought (FA4497-26R-AsphaltRepairArnoldDr) is issued solely for the purpose of market research and to obtain information from potential (nationwide) and eligible firms.
The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover AFB, DE, is contemplating a paving contract in which the contractor shall provide the following as overall requirements included in the paving of Arnold Drive. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with local, state, and federal standards. The overall scope may consist of some or all of the following: the construction of asphalt and concrete pavements, curbs and sidewalks, including demolition and removal of same, and the construction of storm water drainage structures including trench drains, drainage inlets, manholes, storm sewer pipes, base-wide striping projects, and other miscellaneous appurtenances.
