Description

US Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District has a requirement for a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Multi-Discipline Architect Engineer (A/E) Services to support the Coastal Storm Risk Management (CSRM) project within the Charleston Peninsula, South Carolina. This project involves the design of infrastructure, storm surge structures, gates, pump stations, shoreline sills, floodproofing, and mitigation for substantial natural, cultural, historic, and aesthetic resources. The anticipated requirements will be predominantly under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541330 Engineering Services. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: Submittal requirements may be found in the Synopsis attached. The only authorized transmission method for a submission in response to this synopsis is electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED. The offeror?s submittal must be received by the Government by the date/time specified in the synopsis. Offerors shall submit their submittal via the PIEE website?s Solicitation Module using the following link: https://piee.eb.mil/.IAW FAR 4.1102 Offerors and quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
