Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice governed by FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; proposals are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective 27 August 2025. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed price (FFP) Commercial Contract, as a small business set-aside, for the Demolition Missile Alert Field (MAF) R-01 Radio Tower and Genset Generator Package.

Site Visit scheduled Thursday, 5 February 2026. Meet at Gate 2 Missile Drive Parking Lot (FE Warren AFB) at 9:00 am MST. Convoy will leave no later than 9:15 am MST. Submit names of attendees no later than 11:00 am MST, 4 February 2026. Location of the MAF is in Goshen County, Wyoming, about 72 miles from FE Warren AFB (one way).
