DLA Energy is seeking to increase Small Business participation in our solicitations. For this solicitation, an estimated 8.23% of the fuel quantity is set-aside for small business concerns. If you are a designated small business in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, please ensure your System for Award Management (SAM) designation is correct.
This solicitation is available on the World Wide Web https://www.sam.gov. Please be advised that a copy of the solicitation will not be available to email due to the size. DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement. Utilization of the Bulk OET is mandatory. The Bulk OET will allow Offerors to electronically submit and sign their offer (including the SF1449).
