Description
This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only, to be used for preliminary planning. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify parties interested in and capable of providing the services described herein to the Government and to ascertain their size status for market research purposes. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a small business size standard of $22.0 million.
The Government is seeking parties interested in providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform a complete refurbishment of four "Mega Door" brand overhead doors. The work entails a complete overhaul of the doors, including the replacement of the door fabric, lifting belts, brake assemblies, and guide rails, to restore them to a like-new condition. Interested parties must be certified to perform work on MegaDoor brand-specific equipment and be able to provide genuine MegaDoor components as needed. To demonstrate their capabilities, interested parties are requested to submit a statement by 4:00PM (EST) on 13 April 2026 that includes:
