**NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO SOLE SOURCE

This Special Notice constitutes the only solicitation. Written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 70Z03826QL0000023 is issued as a Special Notice of Intent to Award to AIRBUS DS MLITARY AIRCRAFT INC (Cage Code 0DAF1) 8100 AIRBUS MILITARY DRIVE MOBILE, AL 36608-3110 to purchase JET-PUMPs. In support of the HC-144 Aircraft Vendors may quote on the following:

All items must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), COMPANIA ESPANOLA DE SISTEMAS AERONAUTICOS SA (Cage Code 7926B) and provide documentation showing they are an authorized distributor. Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from an OEM or distributor to its current location

The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) IAW FAR clause 52.246-15. The COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause.

NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USCG.
