Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12445526B0005 is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to Provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to complete the bridge replacement. The work consists of demolition and disposal of the existing bridge, procurement and installation of the new bridge. All work performed will be completed in accordance with the designs, Standard Specification for Roads and Bridge on Federal Highway Projects FP-14 and the Forest Service Supplemental Specifications to the FP-14 (FSSS) included as part of this contract.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310  The small business size standard is $45M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The bid opening will be held via Microsoft Teams.  Meeting link and call-in number will be provided to this announcement on SAM, closer to the due date.
