Description
The Department of the Navy (DoN), on behalf of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest, is issuing a Solicitation for Offers (SFO) to award one or more 5-year lease(s), with five (5) one-year renewal options.
- Space offered must provide for a minimum of 10,000 to a maximum of 140,000 square feet warehouse space. Ancillary space is required within or adjacent to the warehouse to support occupancy for 10-25 Government personnel. Such space may be located within the warehouse or in separate interior or exterior structures and must be climate controlled.
- Space offered must be located within a 40-mile driving range from the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), Bremerton, WA, Farragut Gate as detailed in Attachment B, Area of Consideration; and
- The Government seeks to occupy space meeting the requirements of this solicitation as soon as possible.
Lease award is anticipated to be made no later than 30 June 2026. If awarded, the Lease must be executed no later than 31 July 2026. Offers for Solicitation N4425526RP00018 are due by 20 March 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
All pre-proposal inquiries (PPI) in relation to this Request for Lease Proposal (SFO) N4425526RP00018 must be addressed via electronic mail to the Real Estate Contracting Officer’s (RECO) designated representatives at the emails listed herein, and the Subject line shall be marked “SFO N4425526RP00018”. Offerors are requested to utilize Attachment L – Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) Form to submit questions, clarifications and other requests for general information to the following:
