*** NOTICE ***
A pre-construction site visit is scheduled at 10:00 AM Central Time, 16 Apr 2025, at the Rock Island Arsenal – Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). Attendees will park in lot B212 then meet Government representatives at the turnstile.
All attendees will be required to wear steel-toed safety shoes and safety glasses. Reservations for this site visit are mandatory for all attendees at least three business days prior to the site visit. If you currently have badge access, you still must make a reservation for the site visit in order for the Government to control the number of attendees at any given time. You will not be allowed to attend without a reservation regardless of installation access.

This pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify the public that a solicitation will be forthcoming for Concrete Pads in building 230. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract at the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). All details will be in the solicitation itself. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or around 13 April 2026. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided, although may be downloaded on or after the issue date by accessing SAM.gov.
CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain an interested party list, therefore, it is recommended that any interested parties periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and respond to them prior to the date and time set may render your quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the Government.
