Description
AUDIO VIDEO SOLUTION (Camp Murray, WA)
Design and install a multi-zone video media solution/system to replace the existing system. The updated system must have the capability to display HDMI, VGA, and DVI media in the WRCTC classroom across two zones simultaneously, as well as independently (different media). The system must include high-resolution video (capable of at least 4K) and high-fidelity surround sound system. Equipment must be capable of receiving input from two PC-related systems (one in the front of the room, one in the back) with a minimum of two HDMI and two USB inputs. The end state is to optimize the space using large-format displays.

A site visit will be held on 4 March 2026 at 10:00am Pacific time. Detailed directions will be provided to interested
parties (site visit attendance is not required for consideration of award; however, it is highly encouraged). All parties
who intend to attend the site visit must contact CSM Maria Lepe at maria.g.lepe2.mil@army.mil no later than 25 February
2026 by 1:00 P.M. to coordinate installation access.
All questions are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and will be answered no later than 9 March 2026.
