Description
This Sources Sought notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of a programmable distributed control system with modular I/O and industrial protocol conversion capability for the DDG-1000 Class Engineering Control System (ECS) in accordance with the attached specifications.
SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials (described in the Sources Sought Attachment and Specification Attachment) to meet NSWCPD needs.
NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 20 February 2026.
Responses shall list "N64498-26-SIMACQ-PD-55-0024" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.
