This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price.
Description of Requirement: Replace the Deadman valve and switch at Base Astoria’s aviation fuel farm.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2025-06 Effective Date 10/01/2025, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 06/20/2025. The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5577 revision # 29 date of last revision 12/03/2025 applies.
