Description
The Regional Contracting Office at USAG Wiesbaden, Germany, is issuing this synopsis to identify potential sources for a compettive, hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Material (T&M) contract for the procurement of Maintenance and Repair of Emergency Power and Power Generation Systems consisting of Emergency Power Sysptem (EPS), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Photovoltaic (PV) throughout USAG Wiesbaden.
The contract will consist of one (1) base year and four (4) 12-month options. Proposed performance start date is on or about 14 July 2026.
Submission Information:
This notice will be posted for two weeks. All responses from interested parties must be submitted by March 11, 2026 at 12:00 noon CET.
Acquisition Strategy:
The Government intends to solicit this requirement competitively. This synopsis is being published to identify potential sources that can satisfy the Government's requirement. Interested parties who believe they can provide the specified Services are encouraged to respond to this notice by the date and time specified above.
A formal solicitation is anticipated to be posted to www.SAM.gov. The attached Draft Performance Work Statement are provided for informational and planning purposes and are subject to change.
