Description
This notice announces an update in the acquisition strategy for the ICBM Development, Operations, and Sustainment (IDOS) program. The program intends to utilize the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract vehicle to compete and award the associated work.
Work will be competed via two separate task orders:
- Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Support Services
- Program Execution Support Services
Please note, these task orders are distinct from the ongoing IDOS-IT effort.
To assess how this new strategy may impact the competitive environment, the Government is issuing two Sources Sought Synopses (SSS)—one for each task order. This market research will also help determine if any set-asides should be considered. To access the update, please search GSA eBuy using the below RFI numbers.
- Access SSS #1: GSA eBuy RFI1794190 & RFI1794191
- Access SSS #2: GSA eBuy RFI1794192, RFI1794193, RFI1794194, RFI1794195
Going forward, IDOS information will be posted on the GSA eBuy and Market Research as a Service (MRAS) websites. However, interested parties should continue to monitor SAM.gov.

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
