155mm Artillery Igloo Storage at Camp Navajo

The US Army Contracting Command ? New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems, intends to issue a non-competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the storage, material handling, maintenance, inspections and transportation of 155mm artillery ammunition to and from Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona. The 155mm artillery ammunition will be stored in Igloos at Camp Navajo in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The associated SIC/NAICS code for this acquisition is 493190; Small Business size standard is $27,500,000. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested. This solicitation will be a sole source contract to Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (AZDEMA) Ordnance Operations Department (OOD), Camp Navajo, 2 Hughes Avenue Bellemont, Arizona 86015. The contract type contemplated is Firm-Fixed Price. The requirement will consist of one (1) base year with four (4) option years for a total of five (5) years.
