Description

Mechanical
· Install (3) indoor wall-mounted units, along with all refrigerant and drain piping.
· Install (1) 6-ton heat pump. Unit to be anchored to exterior concrete wall via on L-bracket steel frame.
· Coordinate core penetrations through concrete wall for piping, electrical, and drain lines. Installation to
include all wall waterproofing.
· Provide and insulate all refrigerants and condensate piping above ceiling
· Test and charge system to verify operation.

Electrical
· Install new dedicated 208V, 3-phase power circuit
· Provide NEMA 4X, 60A non-fused stainless steel disconnect at outdoor unit
· Provide power and control conduit and wiring to/from all units
· Penetrate concrete wall.
· Provide penetration and conduit through roof deck. Patch and flash roof as required to maintain new roof
warranty through Carlisle Roof installer.


Controls
· Integrate mini-split system into the existing FAA Schneider Electric EcoStruxure DDC system via BACnet
· Provide and install one IP-IO module at VAV-17 for coordinated backup cooling enable/disable
· Submit point list, graphics, and control narrative to COR for approval.
· Program unit set points, and update AHU-3 supply air setpoints
· Support commissioning of system to validate operation.


Structural & Interior
· Concrete core penetration for pipes and conduits
· Provide support framing for all units and steel plates as shown in drawing.
· Provide support for pipes and conduits.
· Work to include wall restoration and painting.

Site Visit -  A site visit is scheduled for 03/17/26 at 3:00pm EST. If necessary, a secondary site visit will take place at 5:00pm EST. If interested in attending, notify the CO at elisha.distler@faa.gov NLT 03/11/26 at 5:00pm CST. Please provide the names of all attendees and limit the total personnel to three individuals per firm.
