Description

Amendment 0003 was issued to clarify the number of sheets per bundle (10 sheets per bundle) and revise the qty of bundles requested to 200 BD.  Providing a total number of 2,000 sheets.

Amendment 0002 was issued to clarify that 1 bundle = 40 sheets, see attached.  Due date is now 3/25/2026 at 0900 EST

Amendment 0001 was issued to extend delivery date from 7 days to 30 days.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase to provide 50 bundles of polyethylene foam for DLA Distribution Albany, GA (DDAG).    The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.  This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement.
