General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

SOUTH: Santa Monica Fwy (I-10) to S. Alameda St., to E. 25th St. to E 26th St

EAST: Los Angeles River

Additional Requirements:

  1. Secured parking space for fourteen armored vehicles at a weight of 10,500 lbs plus an additional 2,000 lbs for equipment when loaded (Tandem parking permitted).
  2. Space must also allow for one storage container to house ammunitions with dimensions at 98” tall x 96” wide x 86” deep with a door swing at 24” and a weight of 38,540 lbs.
  3. Agency cannot be located on the first, second, or top floor of any building.
  4. 130 Parking must be tandem free, on-site, or adjacent to the property free from crossing vehicle traffic.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
