This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated 10/01/2025. All interested parties must be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submitting a quote to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Columbia River Research Laboratory requires Acoustic Receivers, Acoustic Transmitters, and Activation Probes Brand Name or Equal to Innovasea NexTrak R1 Receivers, Innovasea v7-1x Acoustic Transmitters, and Innovasea Activation Probes in accordance with the attached technical specifications.
