Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The 78th Air Base Wing requires a contractor to provide all supervision, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for preventive and remedial maintenance on the Lenel UnitedTechnologies Access Control/CCTV System located in Building 228 at Robins AFB, GA. The full details of the requirement are specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1. All contractor technicians shall be at least a Lenel Certified Associate (LCA). It is preferred however for the technicians to possess all the Lenel
certifications. (not required)
SITE VISIT INFORMATION:
A site visit is scheduled for 18 March 202 at 1:00 P.M. Eastern. All interested parties shall meet at the Visitor Control Center at Gate. All attendees must provide their full name, company name, and driver's license number to the Contract Specialist, Adria M. Pitts, at adria.pitts@us.af.mil, no later than 17 March 2026 to arrange for base access.
