(i) This is an amended combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This amended solicitation #W91QF4-26-Q-A011 0001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(iii) Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-08 effective as of 23 Jan 2026.
(iv) NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 561210 - “Facilities Support Services” with a size standard of USD $47,000,000.00 and PSC of S202 - Housekeeping—Fire Protection. An Offeror must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made to them.
