Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Hamble Aerostructures Limited, Southampton, GB, for Wing Pylon Assemblies (SUU-92) in support of the P-8A program Lot 13. This acquisition was conducted on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(l), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements".
