Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office is performing market research on available resources for Advanced Management Program (AMP) training/class services in accordance with the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. No other documentation will be provided. This is a sources sought announcement only. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This effort is to seek out qualified sources capable of providing the services mentioned above. Interested vendors capable of satisfying this government need are encouraged to respond to this notice by Friday, 20 February 2026. The submission of information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided form any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. The following key information is requested: 1. Name and Address of Organization, CAGE Code, Business Size Status (under NAICS 611430) 2. A Capability Statement describing the vendor’s capabilities, history and experience providing the services described in the draft Performance Work Statement. 3. Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of these services, such as General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), GSA OASIS, Seaport or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for Market Research only and does not preclude any company from responding to this notice.) 4. Provide confirmation of an active System of Management (SAM) registration and the expiration date of the registration. Interested sources should send required information in single Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) email attachment to larissa.v.benoit.civ(at)navy.mil with a page maximum limitation of 5 pages, 11-pt font minimum. Requests for a solicitation package will not be honored nor will technical point of contact information be provided. A copy of the draft Performance Work Statement (subject to change) is attached to provide a general overview of the expected services for this potential requirement. Respondents will not be notified of the results and the Government is not required to answer any questions submitted in regard to this sources sought notice.
