ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement which will result in multiple contracts, not to exceed two purchase orders, for an initial quantity of 20 each per purchase order with options to purchase additional quantities of Filters for the AN/PVS-31D Night Vision Goggles in accordance with a Performance Work Statement and Specifications.
The Navy intends to solicit this contract on a full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.1 after exclusion of sources as a small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. Delivery is required FOB Destination NSWC Crane. The solicitation will be made available posted on sam.gov. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https:/sam.gov/. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 12.201-2 as a written Request for Quotes. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-26-Q-0051 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
