B1143 Transformer Replacement Materials Amendment 1

AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate part numbers for the identified brand name or equal items. The part numbers are in Attachment 2 – List of Materials for B1143 Transformer Replacement_17Feb26.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number FA251726QA005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the 21st Civil Engineering Squadron B1143 Transformer Replacement Materials on Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), CO.  This requirement includes the use of brand-name descriptions, but allows for “equal” products to be quoted.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, and is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 423610 – Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wholesalers. The size standard is 200 employees.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, effective 10/01/2026 and the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul.
