Fermi Research Alliance, LLC Strategic Commercial Purchasing located in Batavia, Illinois is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial, single award contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Fermi Research Alliance, LLC intends to award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is an all-or-non requirement, and the government will award a single purchase order to the offeror responsible whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed within this solicitation.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 02/12/2026. Such capabilities /qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government.
The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this RFP.

FERMI Strategic Commercial Purchasing will be the procuring center for this effort. All equipment and or services are to be delivered F.O.B. Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab), Batavia, IL 60510, Freight prepaid (delivered).
The following Representations must be completed and returned with your proposal.

- PUR-466 – Proposal Certifications
The RFP response shall include a completed RFP page include a price, with a completed SARC and PUR-466.
