This is a competitive action restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN, in accordance with DFARS 252.225-7042, Authorization to Perform.
Furthermore, this acquisition is subject to the Buy American--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program, as implemented by DFARS 252.225-7035, Buy American--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program Certificate, Alternate I. In accordance with this policy,the Government will evaluate quotations by giving a preference to domestic, qualifying country, and other eligible end products.
Quoters are advised that both of the aforementioned provisions are incorporated by reference in DFARS 252.204-7998, Alternate A, Annual Representations and Certifications. (DEVIATION 2026-O0043). Please review all provisions to ensure full compliance prior to submitting a quotation.
Quoters are also reminded to review and ensure compliance with the requirements of FAR 52.209-6, Protecting the Government's Interest When Subcontracting with Contractors Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment.
Quoters are required to submit their quotation via E-mail to jon.r.miller17@us.navy.mil no later than 11:00 AM Japan Standard Time, Monday, 27 April 2026.
A complete quotation must consist of the following:
A signed and completed SF 1449 (Solicitation No. N6264926QJ008), including acknowledgement of all amendments, to include:
-Page 1 - Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c on Page 1 filled out completely.
-Pages 3-4 - Unit and total pricing for all line items (CLINs 0001 and 0002).
Technical Information: For each line item, provide the manufacturer's name, part number, and official product specification sheet (or a direct link to the manufacturer's website with this information) for the exact model being quoted.
