Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, on behalf of Joint Munitions Technology Command (JMTC), intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), W519TC-26-Q-A075, on or around February 2026 with an estimated closing date of 30 days after issuance.
The RFP for the Multiple Paints will be issued under full and open competition using a best value evaluation approach in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) 15.101.
The RFP will solicit proposals for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract for five (5) years.
The Statement of Work (SOW) will be listed in the solicitation.
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFP. Contractors may obtain information on SAM registration by visiting: https://www.acquisition.gov.
