  16. Description:  This requirement is for four (4) up to six (6) U.S. flag, roll-on/roll-off (RO/RO) bow ramp equipped “landing craft like” vessels capable of transporting a minimum capacity of 2,100 square feet per vessel and no less than 12,600 square feet combined capacity.  
  17. Place of Contract Performance:  The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Naha, Japan.  The layday commences 15 June 2026 and cancels 30 July 2026, and the charter period is about 180 days with a 180-day option period.
  18. Set-aside Status:  N/A.
