Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number W50S9F26QA012 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for replacement-in-kind of a fabric hangar door in Madison, WI.
This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The PSC is 5670 and the NAICS is 332321, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
Award is anticipated to consist of a single line item, 0001, replacement-in-kind of existing fabric hangar door in accordance with the Statement of Work.
Existing door is an Assa Abloy Megadoor VL3190, and replacement must be of the same type and brand. The brand name requirement was documented on the attached Limited Competition Justification. Also see attached Statement of Work for details.
Delivery date is estimated to be 90 days after date of contract. Place of delivery and acceptance is 115th Fighter Wing, Madison, WI, and f.o.b. point is destination.

Quotes are to be submitted via email to scott.homner@us.af.mil and 115.fw.fw-contracting.org@us.af.mil. The email may not exceed 15mb. Quotes must be received no later than the date and time indicated on this notice.

A site visit is not currently offered. A quoter may request a site visit no later than 1:00 pm on 26 February 2026. If it is deemed necessary, the government will schedule a single site visit at its convenience, and the details will be posted to this notice.
This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award. If funds become available for award, and prices are deemed fair and reasonable, it is the Government’s intent to make award. This is not a commitment of funds or contract award. Award will be made to the quoter who represents the best value to the Government as outlined IAW the basis of award set forth above. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
