Description

Amendment 001 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach drawings titled "6 Sanitary Sewer Lift Station".

Amendment 002 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach the sign in sheet from the site visit titled "Site Visit Sign In Sheet". 

Amendment 003 - The purpose of this amendment is to attach the questions and answers titled "Questions and Answers" and to attach a second set of drawings titled "7 Control Panel Manhole Det". 

Requirements

The Contractor shall replace the existing piping, valves, lift station pumps, controls & control wiring/conduit, and associated components in the B433 lift station and adjacent equipment manhole. The piping shall replaced through the manhole walls out to the 6” gravity main connection.

Applicable Labor Laws

This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41.

Site Visit 

A site visit will occur on 6 January 2026 at 2:00 PM CST. All interested attendees must complete the Offutt Air Force Base Entry Authority List and submit it to the contracting office by 5 January 2026 at 11:00 AM CST.
