NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis with  Eaton (Cage: 86090). NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Eaton (Cage: 86090) on a sole-source basis, as a Source Approval Statement is already in place for the specified material.

While other firms can submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) to become an approved supplier, this procurement will not be delayed for their approval. Interested organizations may submit their qualifications and capabilities via email to Katlyn M. Galetto at katlyn.m.galetto.civ@us.navy.mil.

All contractual documents related to the instant  procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when  copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.  The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
