Description
NASA/ Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) has a requirement for The MathWorks, Inc. (MathWorks) software products and services including MATLAB®, Simulink®, and Polyspace™ Product Families and MATLAB® Distributed, Computing Server and MATLAB® Production Server associated support for license usage.
NASA/ ITPO intends to issue a sole-source Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year ordering period to acquire the software and services from MathWorks under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The Government intends to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to lance.s.neumaster@nasa.gov and valerie.ballard@nasa.gov not later than 8:00 AM CT on March 12, 2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
