March 27, 2026 — Amendment 001 to  Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) No. DACW515260008800 

  1. RLP Section 1.02 (D) (AMOUNT AND TYPE OF SPACE, LEASE TERM, AND OCCUPANCY DATE) Update: “agency requirements” shall be replaced by “agency preferences”  
  2. RLP Section 1.06 (B) (LIST OF RLP DOCUMENTS) Update: The following language is deleted: “In addition to the documents identified above, this RLP package includes additional agency requirements containing sensitive information that is only available to Offerors upon request to the Alternate Government Contact as listed under Section 1 of this RLP.”
  3. RLP Section 1.12 (AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES) Update: For questions regarding the RLP, Offerors may contact the following designated Alternate Government Contact: Stephen Brown, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NAN-RE, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278, CENANRERLP@USACE.ARMY.MIL
  4. RLP Section 3.01 (GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS) Update: Offerors interested in participating in a site visit of the tenant’s current location should email CENANRERLP@USACE.ARMY.MIL at or before 4:00 pm, New York local time, Tuesday, March 31, 2026, to express interest. Participant's name and company/agency name are required for registration. The site visit will occur during non-work hours on Thursday April 2, 2026, and require security vetting. No additional public announcement will be made relating to a site visit.
  5. RLP Section 3.02 A(2)(b) (RECEIPT OF LEASE PROPOSALS) Update: Offerors wishing to transmit proposals electronically shall submit via Smartsheet at: https://app.smartsheetgov.com/b/form/fbb418222b55475e81017a8c84d76862
