The work includes, but is not limited to, providing and installing a new generator with all associated components, repairing generator connections, repairing and replacing exterior lighting, and constructing a new main gate marquee and a generator platform. The contractor is to provide a complete and useable system in accordance with the plans and specifications.The contract duration will be 365 calendar days after the notice to proceed, to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $1,500,000 and $3,000,000.The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 19 May 2026. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference is on-or-about 27 May 2026, 10:00 AM local time, at 320 Post Ave, Louisville, Tennessee, 37777.
