Description of Work:
The General Services Administration, Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), is initiating a project on behalf of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (USBR). This project will be renovating USBR’s 100% humidity room in Building 56 on the Denver Federal Center. This project will provide all necessary elements to build-out the space to meet the needs of USBR while meeting GSA building standards and requirements.
The GSA, in collaboration with its clients, stakeholders, and contractors, intends to renovate USBR’s 100% Humidity Room in Building 56 to modernize the space to meet USBR’s organizational needs. The project shall create a functionally aesthetic, sustainable, cost-effective, high-performing, 100% humidity room.
The project will include a demo necessary to perform the renovation for a working area of approximately 1,800 square feet. Humidity room renovation within Building 56 including additional walls, fire sprinkler modification, electrical modification, mechanical modification and additional lighting.
