Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offerors shall submit the documents uploaded to this notice along with any other required documentation.

Solicitation number FA520926Q0018 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Monitoring of Threatened and Endangered Species and Control of Invasive Species for Critical Habitat Management at USAG Japan Facilities in Japan.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The statements required by FAR 12.202(b)(1) are included in the uploaded documents.

The project will be performed entirely within the country of Japan. Offerors must possess all licenses and qualifications required in Japan as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors shall be a qualified local vendor that is registered to perform the business in the country of Japan. The Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE)/NATO CAGE (NCAGE) code appeared in the System of Award Management (SAM) must identify the offerors located in the geographical area of Japan, e.g., CAGE/NCAGE code starting with J (J-type CAGE).

Appendix B (Maps) is not uploaded with this notice. It is the offeror’s responsibility to contact the Point of Contact (POC) by email to obtain this appendix.
