AMENDMENT 0003 Continuation Page The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to answer vendor questions. Reminder to please ensure you are submitting proposals as instructed in the RFQ Instructions to Offerors document located on SAM. The deadline for vendors to submit offers to the NAC remains 04/14/2026. Uploaded to SAM is an excel spreadsheet which contains all the answers to questions received. Some answers caused an amendment to technical specifications (28). These items are highlighted in Green on the excel spreadsheet. The updated technical specifications and corresponding updated compliance matrix have been uploaded to SAM.  Please be sure to use the amended compliance matrix in your responses. Older versions of the compliance matrix will NOT be accepted.  There is a date in top right corner of the compliance matrix. Please ensure you are using the compliance matrix dated after 3/25/2026 for those items highlighted in green on the excel spreadsheet that contains the answers to the questions. Â
