Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number M0026326QD004 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).
This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for Hurricane Evacuation Buses (HURREX). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 485510 with a size standard of $19,000,000.
The Government will accept vendor questions no later than 06 March 2026. Questions received after this date may not be answered.

Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit quotations in accordance with FAR Part 12 and the additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors included in SF 1449. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum.
In accordance with FAR 12.203 Evaluation, (a) For most acquisitions of commercial products or commercial services, evaluation factors need not be more detailed than technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agency’s needs), price, and past performance. (b) Basis for award. In the solicitation, notify potential quoters or offerors of the basis on which the agency will make the award decision. See 12.205(a)(2) on use of the solicitation provision at 52.212-2 for this purpose. (c) Evaluation process. Ensure that quotations and offers can be evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion.
