This RFQ will be issued as unrestricted with an evaluation preference for Hub Zone small business concerns. RFQ document can be obtained by contacting Tiffany N. Brown by e-mail at Tiffany.Brown@dla.mil. This document will be available until February 20, 2026. Oral quotations will be requested at the same time as this announcement.
