Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it's determined only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements, as supplemented with additional information in this notice.
The Department of Commerce (DOC), Shared Services Procurement Office (SSPO), Bureau Services Division on behalf of International Trade Administration (ITA), Enforcement and Compliance (E&C) intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to CRU International Ltd. for commercial subscription access to comprehensive global aluminum and steel market intelligence services.
The requirement includes enterprise-level access to aluminum and steel pricing data, supply and demand analysis, production and capacity statistics, short and long-term forecasts, interactive data tools, analyst reports, and technical support. The services require internal redistribution rights.
Period of Performance - The period of performance will be March 01, 2026, through February 28, 2027.
