Description
The 7th Security Forces squadron at DYESS AFB, TEXAS requires a Ten stall, climate controlled, transportation trailer for Military Working Dogs, made in accordance with the attached Salient characteristics.
QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:
- Complete (must be signed) Page 3-4 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*)
- FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications para b only.
- The contractor shall provide a technical specifications sheet for the equipment with their quote (see attached Salient Characteristics for more details)
- The contractor shall provide contract numbers and relevant data pertaining to previously completed contracts.
* The offeror is not required to use Page 3-4 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all the information on Page 3-4 must be included in your offer.

EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance. Offerors must submit sufficient descriptive data to validate each item proposed meets the salient characteristics in the DESCRIPTION column below. Past Performance will be made based off of similiar previous contracts and relevant data. An itemized quote, delivery period, and salient characteristics MUST be included with your submission in order to be considered technically acceptable.
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. All the quotes must be valid through 31 May 2026.
