The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) seeks information on how an interested contractor could provide a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) K-12 visual arts resource platform that includes a comprehensive bank of art-specific instructional materials and has teacher-specific tools to guide improvement in art education. DoDEA also requires professional learning via a COTS K-12 visual arts professional learning platform that (1) provides differentiated, on-demand educational opportunities in the visual arts and visual arts pedagogy and (2) includes a comprehensive bank of visual arts-specific asynchronous courses/webinars and/or digital modules that promote improvement in arts education and that arts educators can access at their convenience for K-12 Visual Arts Resource Platform and Professional Learning Platform

Although your company’s response to this RFI is greatly appreciated, the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; i.e., all costs associated with responding to this RFI are solely the responder’s responsibility.
If your firm is interested, capable, and qualified to provide these services, please submit written information supporting this capability. If your solution provides more than the minimum requirements, please identify in your submission all capabilities of your platform. Capability statements shall consist of no more than 5 pages.
