Description

The contractor shall design, develop, and deliver customized video-based microlearning training modules for the Defense of Human Resources Activity (DHRA). The videos will enable DHRA program-specific offices to clearly educate small businesses on their processes, requirements, contracting vehicles utilized and points of engagement.


The contractor shall provide end-to-end development services, including instructional design, media production, project management, and quality assurance, to produce Section 508-compliant microlearning content.
