Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide the creation and delivery of 4 EA magnetic activity tables (72 in x 30 in) with accompanying magnetic training pieces at Sheppard AFB, TX. 3 EA of the activity tables will be unique airfields and 1 EA will be a tent city, IA W attachment 2- Airfield Tabletop Layouts. Each table must have a realistic feel (i.e. terrain) and be assembled in sections for easy transport. The CAD designed and 3D printed models will be IA W attachment 1- 3D Printed Models. The 3D printed models must be high resolution resin printed and airbrush painted. The models must be durable and high quality suitable for daily use.
The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
