Pre-Solicitation Synopsis
W9127N26BA012 Garibaldi Depoe Bay Pipeline Dredging 2026
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N26BA012 for Garibaldi Depoe Bay Pipeline Dredging 2026. The dredging project includes mandatory work at three locations throughout Garibaldi, OR and Depoe Bay, OR.
Pipeline dredging is required by this contract. Material placement will be within designated surf zone and in-water sites. The total approximate scope is 80,000 cubic yards depending on project needs and funding availability. The overall period of performance will be from 01 July 2026 through 15 March 2027 for physical completion of all work. The forthcoming solicitation is subject to the availability of funds.
The solicitation will be available for download on or about 13 April 2026 with bids due 30 days after advertisement.
