This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $19.0M.

This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Replace critical end-of-life refrigeration equipment serving the F108 and F109 Environmental Challenge Rooms at the Hollings Marine Lab in Charleston, SC. The scope includes replacement of the existing evaporator units, condensing units, hot gas systems, and upgrades to the associated outside control systems serving both rooms.
