Description

Air Force Total Ownership Cost Sustainment Support Industry Day 

The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate in collaboration with the Air Force Total Cost Ownership (AFTOC) program management team will host a virtual industry day on Tuesday 10 February 2026 from 9 am - 2 pm Eastern Standard Time via Microsoft Teams. The event will discuss the requirements for the anticipated AFTOC sustainment support recompeted contract, act as a means of conducting market research to indentify potential sources, and provide vendors with an opportunity to engage with the AFTOC program management team.  

Interested participants are asked to do the following:

Review the attached PWS in its entirety to ensure you have an overarching understanding of expectations and needs of this requirement

Read, complete, and submit answers to the questions noted in the attached RFI pdf. Submission should be made via email to the points of contact noted in this announcement.

Interested vendors should email their interest and RFI responses no later than 5 February 2026 at 5 pm EST.
